Leafy London – Long Term Update

So, range anxiety is the thing holding you back from buying an electric car, right? It’s one of the most frequent excuses given to not considering an electric car and, I have to say, understandably so. The fear of not being able to reach your destination and the ramifications that brings with it aren’t exactly enticing. I’d love to tell you that running out of range is a wonderous experience that isn’t filled with grief or difficulty… but I can’t. Living the High Leaf – Long Term Update

One week into Leaf ownership and the car has already proved a more than useful tool. Of course, being accustomed the ways of an EV and familiar with charging helps but it doesn’t take anything away from the fact that electric cars just work.

The 100% fully charged Leaf shows 111 miles range currently and as weather conditions are favourable, this is likely to be about right and accurate. However, because OY16XLO isn’t a new…

Tesla’s Elon Musk Announcement Puts Model S into Hypercar Territory

Tesla’s flagship Model S P85D is already one of the fastest things on four wheels, with its Insane mode selected, it is capable of accelerating from 0-62mph in 3.1 seconds. Apparently, this heart pounding and tunnel vision inducing performance was not adequate for the engineers at Tesla and they have been working hard on making

The annual Pikes Peak International Hill Climb (#PPIHC) has been won by Rhys Millen (NZ) driving the Drive eO all electric 1MW racer.
